THIS. is a mixed-use development by Powerhouse Company, situated on the waterfront of the IJ river in Amsterdam-Noord. The ensemble combines residential and office buildings, connected by a landscaped Hidden Garden designed by DELVA Landscape Architecture. The materiality — red brick, copper-coloured aluminium and glass — references the industrial character of the surrounding district.
